HOA dues help fund essential services that keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and visually appealing. These contributions ensure that Butler’s Mill remains a place we’re all proud to call home.
Specifically, dues are used for:
Left over funds go into a reserve to use in case of an emergency expense.
A well-maintained neighborhood directly impacts your home’s curb appeal and property value. When every home looks its best and common areas are cared for, buyers are more attracted to our community—helping your investment grow.
Without adequate funding, key services like landscaping and repairs could be delayed or cut, leading to a decline in the neighborhood’s appearance and potentially lowering property values for everyone.
Dues are collected yearly starting around early May and is only $80 / year.
